I sent a debt over to MCC Group to collect on and it's been 11 months and it seems they're throwing in the towel. I've received zero outward communication from them this year on the status of the case; I've called them half a dozen times throughout the year for an update. In multiple instances the debtor lied to MCC Group to get out of paying the debt, and MCC Group sat on their hands for months at a time taking zero action until I called for an update. Don't waste your time with these guys. Call somebody else.
