I have lived at the Atwood for nearly three years. My lease renewal has come up recently and I have to say that Emily and Jessie made it a smooth and understandable process. There were no surprises and I was happy with my options and look forward to another year in my apartment.

Negative Stars. This place is not inhabitable. My son and his girlfriend lived here. It was nice at first. Then constant problems with cleanliness, flooding, crazy neighbors and unsupervised kids. They had to involve the Mn State Attorney General office. Finally they agreed to an early release in October. Then the ceiling literally caved in. In one day there were thousands of dollars of damage, that could have been avoided if the office would have listened. Result- immediate move out and lease release. There was damage and loss of property they'll never recoup. Feeling a lawsuit is in order. Avoid like the plague.

So far so good! Been here about a month and a half and Jessie , the assistant manager has helped with everything from day one at basically the drop of the hat. Any questions whether I call or email is answered right away. Couldn't ask for much better service than that. If there was a down side at all, it can be a bit loud but all apartments are regardless of what other reviews say.

I have been at the Atwood now for a year and am on my second lease. I’ve seen managers come and go and weren’t actually as helpful as they could have been. And then can Emily. Emily has been here for a long time and I hope they don’t ever move her to another site. She is helpful, compassionate, and she gets things done. I can’t say enough good things about her. Any time there’s a problem she gets it done and she gets it done fast. She works very hard and I was so happy to see when I walked into the office today that she was in the big office. If anyone deserves a promotion it’s her. I can’t even begin to imagine what she deals with from people on a day to day basis but she does it all with a smile. I hope they never move her to a sister site.
