This gym is more like a family. Everyone is welcome and kind to all skill levels. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, best gym around Baltimore! I drive to and from there 45 minutes every day instead of any closer to me. Absolutely worth it! Great for women too

UPDATE: My son is going to be 13 and is still at this dojo! He's loving his results and now has his cousins there with him! Best martial arts gym I've found! My 11 year old is loving it! Already gaining confidence and friends! Such a great workout to burn off energy and get in shape. The instructors are calm and patient and work very well with children. I highly recommend this place for all ages!

Our 9 year old attends Jiu Jitsu and he has lot of fun. The staff are friendly, helpful and great with the kids. They are excellent at teaching the boys and girls. The adult classes look fun as well. Everyone is nice there.
