Fantastic service. We had a chimney inspection and use Bay Stoves for our yearly wood stove cleanings. Staff is on time, attentive and always does a fantastic job. Office staff is so kind and always willing to go the extra mile for you. We won’t use anyone else! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend bought a fireplace screen that was the wrong size. He called the next time they were open and they refused to do a return. Total rip off store. I will continue to only use Ye Olde Chimney Sweep. Dana will never screw you over like these people.

Awesome friendly family owned business. They have been cleaning my old pellet stove for 3 years now and are always on time and are extremely knowledgeable. This year we moved and our new house didn’t have a pellet stove so I went back to them and bought a new stove. As soon as I walked in all of the lovely ladies who work there were on point and helped me out immediately. I went in to ask some questions and left with a new stove! Awesome team at Bay Stoves!

Bought a Big Green Egg from Bay Stoves over 12 years ago. Over that entire time Bay Stoves has supported me with warranty needs. Today, I just picked up a new base and dome which fell under warranty and I bought all new hardware, essentially I have new grill (YESSSS). For those looking to purchase a Big Green Egg I made the investment back then entirely on the lifetime warranty. I figured with the simplicity of the egg it should last me a very long time. Big Green Egg and Bay Stoves have proven they mean what they say!!
