The owners are down to earth and treat their employees like family. I’ve never had a nicer boss than I had at Dougherty Mfg. I must say that they give all their employees a chance to prove themselves, even giving 2nd chances. Unfortunately one of their disgruntled employees who placed the comment below \DS\, didn’t want to do what his supervisor asked him to do. Sorry DS - 3 strikes and you’re out!!! P.S. DS – you can’t make up lies and post them as you’ve done. I believe the comment you posted would be considered “slander”.
