I never went Jet skintight before. It was something, I always wanted to do. This past summer I finally had a chance go and it was one of the best experiences I ever had. I went three more times in the summer and took my kids with me. They had a great time as well

Beautiful spot and staff was so sweet. The ride was so beautiful and a restaurant right there on the water to enjoy a drink and some good food.
The staff is amazing, they all greet you like you are the long lost favorite cousin. Check in was fast. The host ensured my 11yr old daughter understood the rules and checked her life jacket twice. They're located down the ramp from the restaurant so if you are not jet skiing you can relax and have a drink while waiting for your loved ones. I truly felt like I was in a Caribbean country or Miami. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. I can't forget to mention I enjoyed my military discount.
Today was my first time going here. Everything was fine superb until I left. I came with my husband and son. My husband tells me 2 girls one called Grace with the grey army fatigue hoody and the other girl with the black hoody I think her name is Emily walked up to my husband while me and my son was on the skis and he was alone waiting for us to return. These two girls had the odesity to ask my husband if he could show them the video he took of his mom. Now I don’t know what there intentions was but I was so insulted even my husband was and specifically replied to them and told them that’s my wife and my son. I have never been so insulted ever in my life. I was so humiliated these women don’t even know me. I was just a customer. Who does this? I will not be coming back unless this is rectified. My husband is a nurse he was so appalled at the behavior of these two women I mean wow. Whoever runs this establishment need to truly have a talk with these two women. How dare you? I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THE ARROGANCE WAS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. I just can’t believe this in Annapolis but hey these days you would never be surprised whom you encounter no matter where you at especially your race. You could just walk up to my husband and just speak such a thing and think he would laugh because I didn’t know what I was doing. Wow.
5 ️ from me! First off, I'm from FL so I honestly didn't think I'd find a place as spot on as South River Jet Ski. I called and left a voicemail before opening time and I received a call back at exactly opening time! They offer 25 off on weekends before 12, but the woman informed me that it was already sold out so I booked for 1:00 pm. No later than 5 minutes after I hung up, she called me back informing me of a cancellation and offered me the 11:30 slot with the 25 off! Such wonderful customer service getting back to me! I was impressed! When we arrived, it was a little crowded but fluid. We took the written test, paid our deposit and rental and didn't have to wait before hopping on the jet ski. They were super informative of what to and not to do. The scenery was beautiful! I saw at least 50 homes I wanted to move into. The river wasn't overly congested with water crafts and the actual jet skis were beautifully maintained and new. Overall - an awesome experience! I will be a returning customer! Thanks to everyone in the shop today! You guys are the definition of customer service!
