Worst experience. I have been to tutti nails in Edgewater a few times and each time it gets worst. I will not be going there any more and will be sharing my terrible experience with friends and family. My husband booked a nice valentine's day couples pedicure for the both of us it was scheduled for 12pm. The appointment was booked a week in advance! We get to the appointment and there was a walk in that clearly was seating before us. We waiting for an hour and still we were not serviced. We watched as some of the technicians gave additional messages to customers that did not order them. Also a couple walked in as we were walking out and were serviced right away. It is a shame that this establishment treats \people\ a certain way. I do not recommend.

I normally have a great experience at Tutti in Edgewater. Not today. Two days before my wedding— my eyebrows are uneven and my skin is burnt. Luckily, most of the guests will be on zoom and I can edit my photos. Should have done them myself.
Have had many satisfied visits here but lately their quality is horrible let alone the scam they run by pretending to cut your nails or cuticles by moving the cutter around quickly. Their staff is horrible will never use them
After recently having a baby this was the first time in the pandemic getting a pedicure. I informed the woman doing my pedicure I had ingrown nailed on both my big toes and asked her to be careful because it’s painful. She proceeded to ripped out the sides of my nails. When I pulled my foot away because it was hurting, she turned to her coworker and started speaking in another language which I also speak fluently about how another client was annoying “like this one and didn’t allow her to do her job properly”. Two weeks later and my big toes are swollen and hurts on the side of the nail that was pulled out (instead of snipped). She did do a nice job cleaning and painting the other toes. This is my first review ever (normally, I’d just say better luck next time) because I’m in that much pain and hopefully can help someone else avoid a trip to the podiatrist...and ruining that pedicure
Call to make an appointment in the morning and I was able to set something up for the same day. Pedicure was 25 but, when I picked out a color, she pointed out most of the polish had an upcharge of 5 or 8 more. Long story short, I did not feel the pedi was worth 25. I gave 3 stars since they use the disposable liner for the pedi spa & setting up the appointment was easy but, paint job was extremely disappointing. Realized after I got home that there are lots of polish on my skin and toenail cuticles were all raised. Will not be returning anytime soon.
