If I could put a -10 I would. We have used this company for over 25 years and in the past couple years the service has gone down the drain, pricing has gone through the roof and when you try to tell the rep to get the pricing straightened out , they raised the price. Cloths being replaced that don't need to be replaced. Cloths not being returned after being sent out for cleaning. DONE with Aramark
If I could give ZERO stars that would be my choice. This company is not very stable with their pricing. Their contract states increases based on consumer price indexes or 5% whichever is higher. (consumer price index increased about 2%) Then they raise their prices over 20% twice per year. They DO NOT RETURN CALLS and pretend that you agreed to the price increases.
I would not recommend this company to anyone in NYC anymore they used to be a great company but in the last year and half , they have become incompetent showing up with 3 items or less when my guys will be wearing one uniform then whole week and charging 43.00 weekly the breaking point was finding other people wearing my workers shirt in a tire shop we are a collision company . then another time a Mechanic shop calling me to pick up my uniform that it was mixed with his after many letters and calls a manager showed up (Suzy) who i brang to show her that i was not lying and she promised me that the following week it will be all fixed BUT then guess what thursday came and 2 shirts no pants only for 3 workers when i was told it would be fixed SO I GAVE UP so much for customer service 1998 till 7/31/2014
