My dad passed away and his desire was to be buried in his cowboy casket from The Old Pine Box. The funeral was planned for Saturday and the casket was due to arrive by Thursday or Friday. It was a very narrow window. Lynn Ann was amazing to work with as she tracked it at least twice a day and constantly reassured the family. Amazing people to work with and most beautiful craftsmanship.

The customer service from The Old Pine Box couldn’t have been any better. Lynn Ann was amazing to work with. The wrangler coffin was absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship was unbeatable. My dad had a “cowboy” heart through and through and we weren’t sure we would find anything that would measure up. However, the wrangler coffin exceeded our expectations. My dad would be proud.
The time came when I needed an urn after my husbands passing. I knew what I wanted, but couldn’t find anything that I was really pleased with. I looked at different items and contacted several companies, before I contacted “The Old Pine Box.” After speaking with Lynn Ann and providing her with the details, she offered to make a custom urn like I wanted. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Lynn Ann kept me informed during the process, and was always available for questions if needed. When the urn arrived and I removed it from the box, I was taken aback. it was incredibly beautiful! It was absolutely perfect in every way. This company didn’t build an urn, they crafted one. The craftsmanship is amazing. I couldn’t be any more pleased with not only the finished product, but also the excellent customer service. Another thing worth mentioning is that I was also very impressed with the way it was packaged. Care and diligence were obvious. Lynn Ann truly went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in every way. I am grateful I found “The Old Pine Box” and chose to do business with them. This company is top-notch and I highly recommend them!
We knew that my Mother's death was imminent and we wanted an oak casket for her burial. We reached out to The Old Pine Box to see what could be done. My goodness, we could not have asked for a better experience. They had a team together and built it in just a few days, had it wrapped and ready for us to pick it up (we live about 3 hours from their workshop). When we received it, we were so pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. They were very attuned to our needs and wishes and went above and beyond to deliver. The timing was right too; my mother passed and we had her service about one week after ordering. It was a load off our minds knowing her casket was the quality and beauty she deserved. I would recommend anyone wanting a classic custom built casket or coffin to seriously consider The Old Pine Box.
The Old Pine Box is a wonderful local company. When a family member passed in another state, we wanted something traditional, but natural and were so happy to find Lynn Ann and The Old Pine Box Team. She contacted me immediately and had the coffin shipped within 24 hours with courteous and professional service. The coffin arrived on time and was incredibly beautiful and well made. End of life resting places are something that must be done right and my family and I could not be happier with our choice. Thank you so much.

I had a custom coffin made for my living room a couple of years ago and I could not be happier. The communication before placing my order was great as well as the follow through the build and shipment. The final product was fantastic and beautifully crafted. Highly recommended.
