I visited the office due to ongoing discomfort in my ears for months. I was nervous going in since English was my second language, but I was very satisfied because doctor silver and all the staff members were so kind. Especially doctor Silver really took his time to listen to my symptoms and carefully and promptly did the procedure. All the staff thoroughly explained to me clearly, from patient registration to treatment plan. Thank you!

I have been going go ENT Speciality Care for many years now. Very nice, patient doctors (and admins). I personally ask a lot of questions, and every doctor I have seen takes their time to address my concerns. Overall, great place to go IMO!

I have seen Dr. Posey and Silver who are great doctors, and a couple of the other doctors who have since retired. Very kind, and patient, listen to your concerns. But, I have had a bad experience with Dr. Drew, who doesn't seem to listen, ask any questions, or read your medical records. He also pushes additional services, which I do not like. Doctors should recommend something, but don't pressure patients. I have also had bad experiences with some of their \on call doctors\. They will tell you that they can't answer any questions since you are not their patient. What is the point of having an \on call doctor\ if they can't answer any general questions in an urgent situation?
