Walked in Sunday 01/31/21 @ around 11:20, while a young guy was watching me from the window talking on his cell phone. While I was entering - he was walking towards the back room, continue his private call on his cell phone. I was trying to get some info on the Green Mountain Grills #GMG that they are local representatives of, and for more than 10 minutes that I was there, the guy continued talking on his phone and didn't bother to stop his PRIVATE call... This guy should not have such a job, and this is NOT a customer service expected of a retail store. I Hope GMG and the owner of the store will read this feedback and do what needed to teach some basic service. Thank you for nothing!

The Johnson Fitness & Wellness Store in Edina, MN has a really great selection of fitness equipment. I remember when it was 2nd Wind Exercise and it appears to have just as much great equipment but now they have new Matrix products for home, and some super comfy massage chairs. Staff is friendly, knowledgable about the products, and will work with you on the price so ask if there are any promotions running.

I purchased adjustable dumbbells on 3/27 and was supposed to take delivery on 4/2. It's been over 3 weeks there have been 4 scheduled deliveries to this store and I have still not received my purchased item. I was able to find something else online cheaper and have called the store to cancel the order for the item I will never receive. There shouldn't be any trouble getting my refund as my purchased item was never in sight. I had to leave a voicemail in regards to the return/refund. Hopefully I just receive an email or a voicemail and it's as simple as that.

I sold some fitness equipment to them and they told me that they would send me a check for what they agreed to purchase it for. It's been over a year and I still haven't gotten anything. I stopped in probably about six times to inquire about it and still haven't received it. I then went through the BBB and filed a complaint, they acknowledged the mistake, apologized and told me they would send a check out ASAP, that was on 6/9/2020 and I still haven't gotten paid. This company literally stole from me, be careful if you're doing business with them!

I bought TR3000i Lifespan it went down in 8 months and I think they are not interested in customer who is looking for after sales service. I thought I will have benefit to buy from them. But they always go to to manufactures to get the service done so I had to work with the manufacturer to have my problem to get resolved. I would suggest you can go to their showroom and look for the product but buy from Sears or some other company like Sports Authority because they are really good in after sales service and I am sure you need to have good backup for such item for to run for longer period of time and out of my experience Johnson fitness would not be a good choice because they are interested only you buy their product. They are not good at all in after sales services
