Terrible Company! Impossible to speak with anyone. I have emailed about this and no response. I was scheduled at a test center in Rochester, MN while I waited at the door to get let in nobody from PSI showed up. They have a phone number on the door to call in this type of situation ( I guess this is not the first) and somebody will call you back in 20 minutes. I called it 9 times in the next several hours because nobody called me back. A month has gone by and still no call. Still trying to get my class scheduled. I wish there were other options.

The website is very slow and terrible. They have very few time slots to take tests. Even though it is all virtual, they have very limited spots for exams. Then when I took my exam, I got locked out and frozen TWICE. Take your exam anywhere else but this place. Sucks to say the least.

Not a person who typically does google reviews, but I was so frustrated with this service that I couldn’t ignore the opportunity to share my experience. I’d give this company a 0-star rating if given the option to do so. During one of my exams with an online proctor, my proctor lost connection midway through the test. After 30-45 minutes of configuring, we mutually agreed to part ways, and move the test to another day, with the the thought in my mind that I could solve this issue contacting customer service, and boy was I DEAD wrong! I called on a Saturday, and it’s been 5 straight days I’ve contacted the customer service number provided on their website, calling about five times, and also emailing. They haven’t picked up the phone ONCE! Finally, I get ahold of someone with a different phone number at PSI, and tell me to keep calling them. NOW WHY WOULD I DO THAT? They tell me to send an email, and they reply saying to contact them again. ISN’T THAT WHY I CONTACTED YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE? TO GET IT SOLVED THE FIRST TIME??? The whole point of the customer service department is to serve the customer, not leave them wasting HOURS in a day, and I mean that literally, to solve an issue that doesn’t even end up getting solved! Even when you get ahold of someone, they’re either rude, have bad reception to the point you can’t hear them, or they tell you to contact a different number. They have the worst customer service I’ve seen EVER seen in a company, and I’ve seen some bad ones. PSI really needs to clean up their act.

They should be shut down since they don't help people anyway customer service is non-existent, tried to reschedule my exam due to my computer technical issues but got the run around for an entire 24-hours. They literally hire people to answer phones to say \sorry nothing we can do\ easy money.
