Torrid is my favorite plus size store! Clothes are fantastic and they fit well, reasonably priced given the frequent sales, and the changing rooms have fans, which is a game changer for me! I've had great experiences at every location I've been in, as well as online purchasing.

I came in last week with a friend. There was a girl working their. Her out fit was to much she was showing to much skin. She was tall and bigger wearing a crop top. Then my friend asked for help she wouldn’t help her. I was so disgusted. Then this black girl came in she was walking straight to the back we asked her for help she helped us. Even checked on us in the fitting room. You guys need people like the black girl who’s going to actually help people. I told her the next time i come in i hope she’s there. Tell that black girl thank you again. She was sweet funny and very helpful i give her five stars.
