I'd highly recommend access mini storage and trust that your belongings will be safe. It all begins with management, and if that is lacking then it would always be questionable if your stored items would be safe. Norma is the absolute best! She goes above and beyond, she is extremely personable, professional, caring, and takes such pride in her work! When we were moving out there were a few bumps along with our moving process and she went out of her way to help with anything she could. She means what she says and there aren't any hidden fees, extra this or that. She's super clear on her communication, and doesn't give the run around. Very clean facility, everything's very secured, and prices are great as well! I'd definitely go back there if I needed storage, and the fact that management is awesome proves how everything reflects on that! I'll miss talking to Norma, and having such a reliable storage!
