I honestly like some of the workers here. But they just don't take pickup orders seriously. Twice now I've placed an order, never received a confirmation, and showed up to the location with the store completely empty. The worker will then start preparing the order when I mention it. One worker also always has her nose sticking out of her mask. Happy to update this review if things change.

Worst experience ever. Bought a new battery (145) from this location. 20 minutes later I found it for half price with twice as much warranty at another store(74). Battery was never installed. Tried to return 30 minutes later, was told I couldn't return the battery. The receipt they gave me didn't say I could not return. Employee claimed this was store policy. Behind this one poster is their policy on battery returns. You're supposed to read this and know their policies when purchasing a battery. Below are the pictures of their hidden policies we're supposed to know. Policy doesn't state that you cannot get a cash refund on an unused uninstalled battery. Called corporate and I was told that I could get my cash back. Employee would only give me store credit not my original cash back. No real managers on site. Now I'm stuck with store credit and no battery for my truck. Total rip off. Never shopping here again. Ive spend thousands here throughout the years, no more! BUYERS BEWARE!!
This store is conveniently located and usually has enough car parts and supplies without having to wait. The prices are ok too, although I think somethings from most auto parts stores are way over priced, like light bulbs, cleaners. But, aside from that this store is open during good hours and it's clean.
I really enjoyed the experience. It was safe, sanitized and easy to make my purchase and get out the door.
