The Edinburg city hall people have such an ugly attitude. They talk rudely even when I was asking simple questions politely. I never raised my voice, or said any foul language and they we’re still talking very harsh. I don’t know who exactly works there but I spoke to two different females and they had such an attitude. I was looking at the comments, and it looks to me I wasn’t the only one.

Frida fest- nice that a small city has a fourishing arts scene. City hall and auditorium courtyard are often sites for this like the 2019 Frida fest. Lots of food and vendors, live music a mix of traditional Norteno and pop. Good time and worth checking out.

after 3 months of cancelation on my water account they keep charging me for the service i don't have no more. this ladies on customer service are so rude.

Have six accounts with the city for water and garbage called to make payment with confirmation number, still got disconnected!! On top of that the phone lines to city water department was down for 2days in a row! When someone finally answered they hung up!! Antiquidated systems, with entitled, snobby and rude employees!! Wish we had another private company to choose from!!
