There is no option for zero so I am giving them 1 star. I just picked up an epipen right now and for a very expensive medication, they gave me one that expires in 8 months. I usually have my epipen for 2 years. Called and they won’t take it back, called corporate and doesn’t want to help me out as well. Just purely heartless, in the middles of pandemic. I am so frustrated CVS.

Always has helpful staff and excellent service. Even during busy times the lines are constantly moving. It’s my preferred pharmacy location!

On Saturday Jan 2, 2012. I stopped by CVS Pharmacy on West Trenton, Edinburg TX. I approached the pharmacy counter were I was greeted by a young lady. Did not get her name, since she was not wearing any identification, name tag, etc... I asked for three 10 ML syringes. I explain that I needed to change my patients Foley catheter and needed them for ballon access. The young lady stated “We don’t have any syringes”. I excused myself and told her. This is a pharmacy. You all don’t have syringes.? She then stated we have oral syringes only. I said ok, but you just told me you didn’t have any syringes. I explained that I did not want a oral syringe. I needed a 10 ML syringes to change my patients Foley catheter. Again she stated we don’t have any. I asked to speak with a pharmacist. She then identified herself as saying, “I’m a pharmacist “. Which puzzled me because she pretended that I did not understand what I was asking for. She then went on to say we only provide syringes with a prescription. Which is totally understandable. That’s all she had to say from the very get go. I will never again use this CVS pharmacy for my prescription needs and advise any one else to use it. Only because I was lied to and the young lady identified herself as a pharmacist with no identification on her to say other wise. Don’t trust this pharmacy.

Awful experience thus far. My insurance wants me to use CVS So I figured I Would try them out. Have call on two different occasions and no one has answered my call on both attempts. The auto attendant keeps saying that someone will assist me soon. No one does. Waited about 15 minutes on each call. Service is more important than cost. I will go back to HEB. HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY!!

Clean store but the Redbox machine did not have paper and associate was too busy to change during my shopping. There was also a big line, she had no help.
