AVOID this place if you value your TIME and HEALTH! If you do go, then don't count on them keeping your appointment. You will ALMOST CERTAINLY wind up waiting a very, very long time to be seen. And when you are seen, finally, it will likely be by INCOMPETENT nurses! They didn't even know how to properly dilate my daughters eyes!!! Yes, you read that right! This practice has only one doctor and is supported by a staff that doesn't talk to each other, and the doctor doesn't care. If you try to reschedule your appointment, they will demand that you stay for 15 minutes first. Bottom line: Rubbish doctor. Rubbish staff. Rubbish quality of care.

AVOID THIS PLACE, I took my mother here and we waited for 2hrs even though when she had an appointment. Very rude staff Including the ophthalmologist. The doctors in he DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. Don’t waste your money and time.

My Mom was scheduled for an “emergency” appointment after her Ophthalmologist spoke directly to Dr Desai, 1pm appt. We waited for 2 1/2 hours while being told it was the Dr’s day off. Didn’t know there was such a thing. This woman finally shows up, we thought it was the cleaning lady because she was a mess. Ratty clothes, hair that wasn’t tamed or brushed, so unprofessional. Technician in the back kept saying, “the Dr will be in shortly”. If you are referred to her don’t go.

Went in with an eye situation and honestly she didn't do much except charge me an arm for the consultation. I had read reviews prior that she would provide guidance and prescribed antibiotics. She didn't do much for me and gave me a very generic medicine that even the pharmacy said I could get off the shelf. Waste of my day and money.
