As much as I didn't want to admit it and i just wanted to get the hell out of there I was stubborn, but the place did help the people were nice ,kids had the same scenarios so it was nice to have someone to relate with ,I remember my first night when they were handing out ,the hygiene products what I thought was mouth wash was actually shampoo or conditioner, that was a good memory, but over all they helped out ,so thank you

Please look into urse\ Velma as she is far from being an effective nurse. She is uncaring, nonunderstanding, uncompassionate, unempathetic, and judgemental. My husband has tried coming here for treatment twice. Velma has been a nurse on the floor both times and she has been nothing but rude. When he was inquiring on the change to the dosage of his medication she interrupted him and would not answer his questions. She also refused to provide him with her name. She went on to tell him that she was afraid of him. My husband is of grand stature but has never hurt anyone. Also, does Velma not realize where she works? She is working in a health/mental facility. If she is so afraid she should reconsider where she works. My husband is a combat veteran and suffers from PTSD, Velma being rude caused him to leave without finishing his treatment. Edit: Thank you Vanessa for reaching out to my husband and addressing his concerns. You made it possible for him to go back in and seek the treatment he desperately needs. Although, the first impression wasn't the best based on one nurse, Vanessa took time to resolve the issue. With that being said thank you Vanessa and the staff that my husband encountered this time around.

nice staff helped me a lot when needed, food was very good and they let you pick ur own snack which is nice, group was fun, felt worried free here . only complaint is that showers are extremely cold and it’s always cold in there but it’s a hospital so it’s expected. bed/bed sheets and blacks are uncomfortable lol
