Very bad receptionist and all the staff are very rude and don’t care for patients at all they scream and talk over patients. The staff has no respect for elders. Even the Dr she does not care about patients she keeps being out for weeks and does not leave the prescription ready for refill for the next month and patient needs to wait till she comes back from her vacations and be on pain all the time. Would not recommend to any one, you will regret it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dulgheru's for 2 years after having driven for many years to Houston, then Sugarland, to see a rheumatologist there. I have received excellent treatment from everyone in her clinic, from Irasema, to Angelica, and Dr. Dulgheru herself. They are very kind, compassionate and caring individuals. I cannot say enough about how awesome Dr. Dulgheru is! She is so warm and friendly, attentive, caring and knowledgeable about her craft. I would not go anywhere else!
Dr. Dulgheru was my Rheumatologist while practicing in Brownsville, however when she moved to McAllen I was never able to get back in. Her secretary/ office manager is horrible and has no people skills. She’s very rude and didn’t allow me to speak to my doctor for post-surgery instructions. I had pending health issues and was scheduled to follow up after a surgery but was repeatedly denied appointments. Dr. Dulgheru is amazing unfortunately I can’t say the same about her staff. Too bad her Brownsville staff didn’t move as well!
