We usually have to wait to be assisted at most car rentals but not at Enterprise Car Rental in Edinburg. I called ahead and they were waiting for me when I arrived. It was a very nice feeling to walk in and out in less than 5 minutes. The rep was nice and courteous. He made sure that my questions were answered.

Friendly staff but surprised as to the selection. Only 2 vehicles available and our full size option was a 4 door mini cooper or a Nissan pickup.
My review is of the Enterprise location in Edinburg, TX (Closner Blvd) The staff at the location were extremely friendly and accommodating. The car provided to me was clean, and while I waited for it, I noticed how hard the staff worked to clean all of the cars. I would absolutely rent from Enterprise and this location again.
It was a very smooth, comfortable transaction. The guys here make you feel important and will answer any and all questions with no hesitation. Wonderful experience!
I love the fact that Enterprise will pick you up and drop you off. The staff was professional and courteous. I really enjoyed my experience with Enterprise.
