Had 2 packages in the span of 2 weeks get delivered to the wrong address from this FedEx Ground office. I even had a profile with FedEx delivery manager describing the house. There was nothing wrong with the address on the packages, so I'm not sure how they were delivered incorrectly...

Somehow the delivery address changed I have no clue to why. My phone number was not in the slip even though I did put it, They left my expensive package leaning onto a street gate on a dirt road on my neighbors ranch 1 mile away from me when they claim it was left at the door. Also their customer service was a guy from India who said the driver took it back to the terminal and I should wait up to three days. That was a lie. I would give them 5 negative stars if u could. I’m just happy I have a honest neighbor who knew me and delivered it.
So it's saturday. Fedex put the package on the truck friday, tracking says it will be delivered 10:am to 1:45pm. cool. no. it rains for like one hour and they decide to stop delivering. I see ups and got a usps package earlier. now the tracking says it wont be delivered till wednesday? What is going on? I would be ok with it if this was the first time but it's at least the third time this has happened. never using Fedex agoin.
Package came in late it was on the delivery truck but then marked delayed. Definitely last time i will be dealing with FedEx.... UPS always delivers on time and if not a day or two ahead of schedule
Very bad service,they don't deliver my package and I was unable to get it in any way,but their people mark the item like delivered in my house.
