I WOULD NEVER HIRE THEM, WE REGRET THE DAY WE HIRED THEM. These reviews must have been done by friends and family members because they did the worst job ever and they have the most uneducated people doing the work. Our system was installed 3 months ago and have had issues ever since. They come in and bother you every 30 mins to show you what they have done, all the while hollering from the door which they open and if you don't answer they just come in, I understand they are doing a job, but have some respect and wait or come to the front door. They have come back when called with attitude because we called saying it was not working correctly. You try to correct them and they talk down to you. If they had done their job right the first time, they would not have to come back. Its been one thing after the next. The UV light worked less than a month. The A/C feels just as hot, reason we replaced them and still not working correctly. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. I just don't would not recommend them to anyone I know or even don't know. I wasn't even going to give them 1 star but it wouldn't let me post unless I put one.

Trey Garcia was very professional and on time. He explained everything that was being done before the A/C coil cleaning and then after he was done he explained how I can maintain it. He also, gave me advice on what to do so my A/C stay working properly. Would definitely continue to use their services and would 100% recommend them.

With everything that is going on right now the last thing I needed was for my ac to go out! However, frio ac and repair took action and had my ac up and running in no time! Mr. David and Mr. Trey were awesome! Thank you boys for all your hardwork and dedication. True heros!

Reviews De todo tipo de cosas

On todays date, 04/29/2019. Mr. Salinas went above and beyond his duties. Im not from the valley and i was hesitated of who to call to service my AC unit that it was not cooling. I called a few repair shops around and decided to go with Frio A/C. Mr. Salinas showed up in less than 2 hours and checked my unit. He was very courteous and informative of what could have been wrong with the AC unit . He later found out that it had a leak and fixed it. The price was very reasonable and then he offered me to join a program with my electrical company that offers a full tune up to my A/C unit for free. Now i have a freezing cold ac again. Will definitely call him again.
