Poor management people waiting for 3hrs if i should've known would not buy here

See my wife's review for my experience as well: Update 10.31.2020: we were told at the time of purchase we would receive a 500 dollar credit to use on a future purchase for paying off our furniture early and once received had to be used within 6 months. This was false. The only “credit” we received was credited to our account. Basically, the financing charge of 415 added to our account initially didn’t have to be paid. So really there is no store credit you receive. TERRIBLE sales tactic. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. They also tell you that the furniture comes insured but you’re actually paying for it. If you have home/renters insurance, please go back and have that charge removed from your account people. Read your contracts before signing. By the way, we went to Ashley Furniture for our next purchase. They know how to treat people there. Lacks has lost a customer.

During my recent visit to lacks in Edinburg, TX I cant express how greatful I am to the staff on the excellent customer service skills they provided me and was not only able to get me into a washer but also a matching dryer. The manager Mr. Martinez along with assistant manager Elena Torres and sales member Marianne were all extremely helpful and communicated very well with me to get what I needed. Will be returning in the future for a bedroom set.

Service suboptimal. Manager will send you to the main outlet if you have any issues with the furniture (which you will since they’re cheap and made in Malaysia). Manager mentioned they are poorly made because they source from overseas just like Ikea. He also said” if fat people sit on the chairs of course they will break” Manager blames the employees that assembled the furniture poorly as excuse to invalidate guarantee. Do not expect great quality, they focus on quantity. Definitely not worth over 1,000 dollars. Customer service is lacking big time. Ridiculous, waste of time..
