If we can give 0 stars thats what it would be! This company is a SCAM! All they're equipment can't stand any variation in weather. A light breeze and power goes out, temp drops and power goes out. Allegedly the grid is restored now and no outages should be in place YET this hell hole of company is the only one with customers STILL without power! ALWAYS the last company to restore power. A huge DISGRACE! NO REAL LIVE PERSON, NO ETA, NOTHING! Run away from this company asap!

I absolutely hate that in order to get any updates on my service I had to create a Facebook account and check there. As a paying customer I expect at least a courtesy call each time my power is going to be shut off and for how long. A newborn at the house with 24 hours of no electricity in freezing temps is the last straw... unsatisfactory! Will be looking to alternative co-ops and convincing others in my circles to do so as well!

34 hours without electricity! It's absolutely ridiculous! I don't know why they have a customer service line when they never answer the damn phone. The only reason we have them as a light company is because of requirement through our apartment complex. Other people who have Reliant have had light the whole time! These people are trash! If you can choose your own light company PLEASE do yourself a favor and choose another company!!!
