Total rip off! I’ve been at this property for over 5 years and balance hasn’t changed no matter How much we pay every 30 days! If you go over the 30 days, they don’t Charge “late fees,” they charge roughly 12 interest A DAY! That continues to go up throughout the years! I was at 6 now I’m at 12! Even though your payment is not late! Of course they don’t explain all this to you when you’re buying the property, they put on their “nice face” then slap you once you’re in! I should’ve known something was up because when we were getting the property there was an older man in the lobby trying to understand how he had 300 interest due even though he paid his land on time monthly. It should’ve been a red flag!! Don’t fall for it! Unless you like paying over 170,000 for a half acre!

Barely finding out that they charge interest if you pay 30 days after the last payment even if you pay on before the due date. Our due date was on the 18th but because we paid earlier last month on the 14th, they charged us interest for being late
