So here is the thing about this place. You are not going to have 3 dollar Crown and down. You are not going to have 36 selection of tequilas. You are not going to have 200 bottles of wine on the menu. What you are going to have here is the best atmosphere, service and hospitality of anywhere I have been in Texas. There are some things to mention with that. This is not a bar that makes its money of serving as many people as possible cheap made by the bucket. This is not a resturaunt that is going to make its morning by selling a billion hamburger. This place is about quality over quantity. My wife wants me to give a shout out to Cassandra, as our waitress she was kind, and funny, and handled more guff than a young woman should have too. I would like to give a shout out to the chef. What very little criticism i had was welcomed and he spoke with me for a good ten or fifteen minutes after service.the criticisms I had were these. I thought the shrimp in the crevice should be chopped, and I thought the custard dessert should have a different bottom. I am thinking some kind of chocolate crackle, or honeycomb.. The food and drinks are pricy if you have something better to spend your money on, by all means don't go. If you can afford a special outing. Or if you make plenty of money. This place deserves your attention.

A very unique dinning experience. Excellent cocktails. Delicious food. Highly recommend it for a romantic evening.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. When you enter the place you travel into another realm. The atmosphere is so surreal that all you can do is just stare in awe. The food is an art that is painted as if the plate were a canvas and the chef the artist. The essence of time does not exist and makes you forget you're in the valley. It is truly a hidden gem and although I could go on and on about this place, I highly suggest for you to experience it for yourself than reading about it.
Great food greater service! Great atmosphere too. Only suggestion was to be careful with the cross contamination when pouring water with same gloves they just touched the last table's glasses with. Will go back for sure as its a great place with great food!
This place is great! Even when I was in communication with the restaurant to surprise my wife with flowers at the table, they came through! We truly enjoyed the amazing food, drinks and best staff. Chef Jays menu is perfection! Thank you Sidebar for making the night special for my wife and I.
