The management is horrible. They are not at all for their employees. Got into an accident on my way to work one time(first and only time i was ever late/missed a day) and they still expected me to come in. Also the work environment was really bad and again bad leadership. The training had nothing to do with the actual job. You were left to basically sink or swim. HR doesn’t have your back nor take complaints seriously. They take the side of management over yours. There were people who had sexual assault/harassment happen and nothing happen. Really bad place to work.

I currently am employed by Teleperformance and I would like people to know what your signing up for. If you are a work from home employee, you are looking at a company that fails to help you and also blames you for their system failing. Everyday you will have sign in errors and even when it's the company's system they will still say it's you. I have bought 3 different computers and have spectrum internet with 125mbs speed and they say it's me their system is flaud and will fire you on a dime for their system error ik this because many of my coworkers have been fired and I too have been threaten by my sup.

Pay is very low for all the information you have to learn and types of calls you have to take. Also they’re very strict with everything even when needing to go to the restroom.

Frankly, as a potential corporate customer, I find it curious that virtually 100% of the reviews, here, are from employees or former employees...and none from current or former customers of the company. Odd. What is more, there does not appear to be any attempt on the part of the company to address the comments made, nearly half of which assert libelous claims regarding the company as an employer. As a potential customer, I am concerned by this fact, for as an employer and a vendor or call center services, one would expect the company to address such accusations. If there is nothing to the accusations, it is nothing to shut down the accusers and if the accusations have merit, ANY potential customer would want reassurance that these issues are actively being addressed.
