I am having issues finding my package, its says delivered but I get home and there is nothing. I been trying to call them since I can't go to their station and argue because I am working. They don't answer calls, its not the 1st time, pathetic really bad customer service.

So my review is regarding our mail delivery service. So we moved to Edinburg in april. Since then, we've had no issues at all with our mail or packages. I have several children, including two teen girls that are Amazon-Crazy, we've never had an issue with our packages. I'd like to give a very special thank you to the mailman in the bright yellow, jeep wrangler, that delivers to the alberta rd area.
Horrible customer service never answer their phone, was on the phone for 60 min before it just hung up
The employees at the post office were really kind in helping me mail out my items, sure it took time but that was due to my own lack of understanding of how the shipping process worked. They all went out of their way to help me find the correct box to send my stuff in and even helped me prepare it too. Maybe if people were in less of a hurry of wanting to get everything done last minute and understood that patience is necessary, they'd have a much better experience and realize the employees just want to help.
This branch consistently delivers my packages to the wrong address. Fortunately, I have honest neighbors and a front door cam that can easily evidence that they are not doing their job. This has happened multiple times! It is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. I never leave review anywhere; this is my first review ever. That should speak volumes.
