It gets the job done folks. Some would find this review to be a weird one, especially for something simple as getting a water. In reality however, I will provide to you (Fellow locals) some informative notes. For starters, this watermill is convenient for college students who live near by in the apartments or for any other person who just lives nearby. However, here is some of my own personal minor complaints, that being that the water dispensing machine can not work at times. So be mindful that one of the water dispensing machine might not work, it is rare to see that both of the dispensing slot not functioning but you will occasionally encounter one of them not working. (Though it is still an infrequent thing and the odds of you encountering are still slim) Another pet peeve is that the space and gravel on the floor. I wish they just use concrete pavement instead of gravel. For the sake of convenience and sort of clean updated look it would give. Obviously, this would be a bit too expensive but we can only dream can be we? -not, I'm writing this review lol. Another pet peeve is that there is no debit/credit card, like it is 2020. Come on folks! Watermill, UPDATE your machines. Now if there is some sort of security issue, I can understand but even then. If a Soda machine can do it, so can you. There are times when some of us forget our change and/or our dollars. Also, be mindful with people loitering at times near-by. Usually occurs during dusk (6pm to 8pm) Though it doesn't happen too frequent. -and also that the entrance an be tight. With space being sometimes limited with parked vehicles.

The water is clean, and does not seem to contain water softeners. The water will come out warm even if it is midnight during a typical day, high 90s and triple digit heat. This location accepts dollar bills and coins - not pennys. My only concern with this location is the single entrance serving as an exit. It is easy to pass by the location both at night and during the day, go extra slow.
Well it works. So that's always good.
I have never had a bad experience with this watermill express. The water tastes great, and it is obvious that maintenance is up to date.
