Fiancé called earlier this week to have parts ordered for a sissy bar. Asked the parts employee what all was needed for the install just to make sure we got everything. She had the parts ordered and I went to pick them up. I get home and start getting into it and realize I’m missing something. I have to get online and on Facebook asking people what I’m missing. I then call the store back and ask again what all is needed and he had no clue I needed a tail light relocation kit for the install. So now I have to drive all the way back down before they close in order to get one little part he didn’t mention. If your job is in the Harley Davidson parts department then you should probably learn what parts are needed for very basic things such as a sissy bar. Or get better at looking up what all is needed for installs. Training training training
