Their phone system is terrible! They never answer their phones and the recorded message asks you to leave a message! They NEVER call back! I've been trying to reach them for 45 minutes now! Terrible Terrible customer service. If I was not required to use this company, I'd drop them as fast as I could! Amazing that the impression is they just don't care.
