Based on the original experience, I would have given this place 4-stars, but I've been rubbed the wrong way and would never recommend them to anyone going forward. I had a broken LCD TV. I brought it in and the guy was willing to work with me on price. Fair game and I appreciated that. He fixed the TV in about a week and I was satisfied. A week later, I had to bring the TV back in because now, there were black lines running across the screen that weren't there previously. The place gives a 60 day warranty so they were responsible for fixing the problem. Instead of fixing it, they took their sweet time and told me plenty of lies about the status. The guy ended up having the TV in his possession an extra six weeks, finally giving me my money back from the original service plus the TV. When receiving the TV back, the original problem (white screen) was back, so I assume he took the part out he replaced in the first place. I just can't recommend these guys ever again. The fact I kept getting the run around for almost 2 months over an LCD TV is ridiculous. I think they probably just didn't want to pay extra money to fix their mistake, so it made more sense for them to give me the TV back rather than own up to their "60-day warranty". Use them at your own risk. Seriously.

I have been a long time customer and always get great service. My 50" TV had a white screen and was fixed within good time and great Price. Not only TV I have gotten other thing fixed with them and always receive great service. I would definitely recommend them. I appreciate that he is true and up front about issues. And updates me about things truly. One time they told me that a particular part was on back order. I called the order company myself and truly the part was two week back order. Really like their work and would not go any were else.
Extremely helpful and friendly. Great pricing, I hate throwing good equipment away especially when it can be repaired. Things don't always need to be replaced, sometimes they just need a little TLC! This is the perfect place to check out before throwing things away!!
I had my 40 inch LCD TV fixed. All capacitors replaced with ones that should have been installed with. The price was very reasonable and work was done within a few hours. Very helpful and explained what he did. Highly recommend this place.
Fixed my TV that had just fell out of warranty, works perfectly!!! Also purchased\u200b a used tv from him for my guest room, it's been working great for over a year. Inexpensive! Highly recommended!!!
Not sure how and why this place has a high rating, hence the reason I attempted to give them my business. I initially called to find out what the absolute maximum repair cost would be on my 60" screen, since I could buy a new one of the repair cost was unreasonable. I was told 150-175 with a 25 diagnostic fee that would be applied to the repair cost if I decided to proceed. I dropped off my tv on a friday at 915am (was open early and accepted my drop off) told me i would have an estimate tomorrow (sat) after 3pm. I received a call on Monday stating that the repair would coat 325. I won't go on a rant about that, ill just let the next potential customer know to be weary. Im a manager in retail and I deal with negotiations of this type all day every day, I will be sure to return the favor if and when you step into my area of profession. Waste of money and time.

Dropped off VCR months ago. Was told it would take a few weeks and would cost 100. Ok fine with that. Called back a few weeks later and was told I'd get a call back. Days later no call. Call back and I'm told one more week. Ok. Called back a week later and every single time he acted like he didn't know by now who's calling about a Sony hi8 VCR. Again tells me he'll call back. No call. I Ended up telling me he could fix it for 200 and specifically told me that I probably wouldn't wanna pay that to which I replied, I would definitely have payed but I already feel like I've been dicked around enough already and picked it up today.
