I worked with Eric during the process of selling my house which was a bit stressful and confusing, but Eric made the process feel smooth and easy. He explained everything in a way that made sense, we were in constant communication with each other and everything was carried out in a very professional manner. After my mother died I was looking for a lawyer with landlord/tenant experience to help with a tenant issue so I could sell the rental property and pay the bills that were outstanding from her death. Mr. Chung was fantastic with his representation and the tenant problem was resolved. He continued on and helped with the negotiations with the sale of the house. Another problem that was resolved. He then did some legal maneuvering to finally get my brother to take possession of his property that my mother left to him in the will. (Being that I was the executor my brother wanted me to pay the taxes/insurance etc.on his house while he was living in it and renting it out). Mr Chung did all this without ever meeting me in person. Everything was done by the phone or email.
