The front desk girl was very professional and helpful made my first visit very less intimidating. The equipment is top of the line with so many great options.

It’s a decent gym, small for a pricey membership. The rules for a family membership is kind of confusing. Ours is a family one but my son can’t use my key fob if for example he misplaced his own key. It happened one time that he used my key and we got a call right away the next day about it. I asked about this issue when I signed up for membership but the guy in charge just told me - just don’t lose the key so you don’t buy again. Also, when I got the call, the guy in charge, made a comment about my son working out without a shirt on - that he can’t do that. I asked my son about it and he said he was sweating and he just took off his shirt for a sec and wiped off and put it back on. It’s just ridiculous to call it out such small stuff. Not very happy about it.

Excellent Clean Fitness, equipment is well maintained, constantly cleaned especially bathrooms, and staff on duty to assist with equipment. Social Distancing strictly adhered and antibacterial wipes utilize to clean equipment before and after use. Overall this gym is highly recommend.
