Good at tuning a piano. Terrible at returning a phone call to actually schedule an appointment. I called a week ago because a key started having issues again few weeks after he had \fixed\ its slow return. He said he would call back in an hour, since he didn't have his schedule with him, but never did. I called him two more time over the next couple days, and have yet to hear back over a week later. Save yourself some time and just call someone else first.
