Love Banner bank! my wife and I switched because of all the crappy fees from our baby national banks. We had 5 accounts including 3 business accounts at other banks until they're free checking turned out to be 10 bucks a month! Now they wanna charge us for using our debit card to?! We love banner bank for their really free checking. Lots of branches in the pacific northwest and friendly and knowledgeable tellers. Banking here for 6 months now without any problems. Better service than my old banks that wanted to nickel and dime me to death. We stopped whining about our old bank service fees and are switching over all to Banner bank. Thanks Banner bank!

Had the worst expirence ever and only been with the bank a week. The initial bank was great and came into this location and it almost ruined my day. Thank god I won't be coming here. Even going back to my old bank!
Avoid this bank if you actually want to use your own money. Fraud detection was triggered on my debit card during a weekend. So I went to the local branch first thing in the morning on a Monday to resolve the issue. During my time there, I was led to believe that the issue was, in fact, resolved and that I would be able to use my debit card again. However, that was not the case when I tried to use the card later in the day. Their fraud detection in general is actually far too sensitive, and it's caused me issues a few times before as well. I guess that's great if you're at risk for fraud or just incredibly paranoid. But it's a pain in the ass to put my financial life on hold whenever I look at my own money the wrong way or something.
