We contacted this company when we noticed water damage on our interior wall. The guys that came for the assessment were very nice. Gary was very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the problem which was water coming through the back door. They charged us 552 for the assessment which they said can be applied to the job when they give us the proposal on how much it would cost to fix the door. He said someone would contact us with the estimate for the job. Our check was cashed 3 days after the assessment. It’s been two weeks since Gary came and we still have not heard from anyone about actually fixing the problem.
