Mr. Roosevelt was very polite, punctual, and most importantly HONEST. I used his services today 12/4/2020 on two properties he was diligent in his diagnostic one appliance he explained to me the issues with the washing machine and he let me know that it would be better for me to replace the appliance. Although he could repair it. ( he does not sell appliances) This recommendation cost him money and was the best resolution for me the customer, grade A in my book. On the second property we had a samsung dryer that always made a lot of noise, he took his time and now it is as quite as a mouse. GREAT JOB, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND Thank you Mr. Roosevelt
