Tara is an incredible knitting instructor. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Stranded by the Sea offers a variety of different yarns, as well as guided projects. Additionally, the shop is cozy and feels like home. Prices are fair, especially for the quality of the products. This is a great place for socializing with other knitters as well, since Tara hosts virtual knitting socials. :-) Thank you so much for helping me to knit my first sock!

This store is a treat! It has yarns of all sorts, from marvelous often used yarns to special hand dyed yarns in beautiful colors and fibers. It also has spinning fibers, which can be hard to find now that all our fiber festivals are on pause. Tara was very friendly. While I was browsing she very patiently helped a beginning knitter get her project started. I can recommend Stranded by The Sea wholeheartedly.
Tara is wonderful!! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and her prices are fair. I by all of my roving from her because I know it's going to be fantastic quality at a good price. She has taught me so much about spinning just in my conversations with her. I am definitely looking forward to many years of purchasing from her.

This was an amazing experience. I got a Brazilian wax and the diamond microdermabrasion facial. Margaret is so nice and very informative. She gave me many tips on how to help my skin, and I would definitely recommend her! It’s definitely worth it!!
