I have two items made by Lakeland Mills. I bought them over 8 years ago. They are fantastic and visitors admire them. The are under roof but exposed to the elements and get wet sometimes.

This place is a good place to work I have worked here for 23 years. They expect the people who they hire to work which is why they have so much turn over with the younger generation. It is true that they do work a 10 hour day with only a lunch break, but that was voted on by us employees and we voted to have a 10 hour 4 day work week so we could have a 3 day weekend. People who work here less than a week and leave a negative review without knowing the facts probably should not leave a review at all.
