They have been in the forefront of education issues advocating on behalf of all staff. It is a great organization to belong to.
When we relied on them most, they let us down. The organization is uninterested in supporting campuses in need and prefers instead to pursue the personal political agendas of its officers. Sadly, a prime example of why unions, while a grand idea, simply do not work.
