Asked one question: What are the credits required for 4A2X1? After telling me to contact people that referred me to the education office already, and then telling me that I don't need that information, then telling me that after about 1-2 years it will populate in my record, and then start worrying about it... she finally told me that she does have that information and will email the catalog to me.

Some of the staff are incredibly personable and helpful however there are a few others that are completely rude. One lady in particular I never forgot, I think by the name of Mary (does the GI briefing) is incredibly condescending and acts as if it's a strain on her for someone to get help. Move over and let someone else enjoy your pay if you don't want to do what you get paid to do. It's scary that she would be someone that someone relies on to get help.

The facility and most of the personnel who work there are great, but an employee named Mike always answers when I call and he is less than hospitable and not knowledgeable at all. Any question I asked was followed by a 5-6 second silent pause, then when I said “hello sir are you there?” He said, “yes, I’m using my slow computer.” It seemed like anything I asked him, he had to find on his computer and was never kind or helpful. All it takes is one bad apple to give the whole orchard a bad name. :(
