This doesn’t have to do with what the company does. This is also a UPS access point and UPS dropped one of my packers off there yesterday. I tracked it very closely and when I received the text that it had been dropped off and signed for I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. He went out of his way to do so. The guy there said he had looked through all of the boxes and told him that it wasn’t there. My boyfriend told him we had a notification saying that it was signed for and then he became rude. Raising his voice and saying “I don’t know what to tell you. I can’t give you something I don’t have.” When my boyfriend messaged me at work, I called UPS directly and they gave me the name of the employee that signed for my package. I then called the business and the same guy answered that my boyfriend spoke to. I said “yes, my boyfriend was just in to get a package” and before I could finish he said, “for Donley, right?” I said “yes” and he went “I’m going to tell you what I told him, I don’t have a box here for you. You can call back later.” I then asked if he had an employee by the same name that signed for my package (because how would I know that name) and he said, “I do but we don’t have your package and I can’t give you something I don’t have.” Not in a good tone, either. I hung up. My boyfriend went back this morning and a different employee was there. He turned around, grabbed a big box that had been sitting in the same spot yesterday and handed it to him. On the side of the box, next to the UPS sticker with my name, was my name written again in huge letters with black magic marker. As he was leaving he saw “angry guy” from yesterday and the guy wouldn’t even look at him. 2 car trips when my stuff was there. Sorry this is long but I NEEDED what was in that box yesterday. They may do great at insurance but not to be an access point for people’s gifts/belongings. And if you are going to be so put out with it and assisting people, don’t do it. Disgusting experience
