My husband and I had a great experience working with Lawrence Prince, he was friendly, he worked with us to make sure we got what we wanted and that we were going to be happy with our purchase. He really took the time to explain things and give us the information we needed to make a decision. He made sure we were satisfied with the vehicle we got. I would completely reccomend going to see him at Edwards in Council Bluffs if you are purchasing a new or used vehicle. Also, the financing department explained things well, I was very pleased with them all. This was the best car buying experience I have had.

Everyone I worked with was so nice. Rich Roberts was great. While I was waiting for finance, he waited with me the whole entire time. A manager, name Cody, came over after I had been waiting awhile and explained some things, my cosigner had to leave and they allowed her to go and come back the next day. They repeatedly offered to buy me dinner since I had been waiting so long. Even bringing me snacks. Rich offered me his lunch/dinner several times that his wife sent him. They tried super hard to get me the payment I wanted. Not sure of his name but he was Hispanic and in finance and he came out and apologized for the long wait but delivered some excellent news with my interest rate that he worked hard to get. I was then sent with Rich B. To sign my papers and he made everything go super fast. He was so nice and apologetic. While waiting was a pain in the butt, the staff made it less painful and made the time pass fast. I was offered snacks and drinks non stop. Great experience!
