I recently laid my little brother to rest. We had a small budget but Edwards was very accommodating for my family. Jenni was our director and she was simply amazing. She was kind, genuine, companionate and there for my family from start to finish. Jenni is the definition of excellent customer service and I appreciate everything she provided for us. She answered all phone calls and emails promptly, she allowed my mom additional time for closure and she even helped carry my brother to his final resting place. Jenni thank you so much for all of your help and support, you made this painful and stressful process much easier and I couldn’t of done this without you.
