Tried to charge me 1700.00 for a small box that I was told would be 440.00. Still is not delivered and was told it would be there 3 days ago. More interested in going on break then helping customers. If you are looking for some humor in your life try their 800 number and try to get ahold of some who wants to actually help you instead of being passed off on the next person. WILL NEVER USE THESE CLOWNS AGAIN ( THEY ARE CLOWNS BUT HARD TO TELL AS THEY ARE MISSING THEIR OUTFITS) SO HARD TO SPOT BUT JUST DEAL WITH THEM AND YOU WILL SEE!!!!!

Zero stars. I checked in a day and a half early so I could drop my trailer and bobtail to a truck stop for a shower and some rest. The guy in dispatch had a terrible attitude and treated me very poorly. He had the nerve to try and make it seem like I was the problem. Sorry pal, I came in in a great mood and just needed answers to some simple questions. To top it all off, after I sat around for 34 hours the load was cancelled. Fortunately I was able to book something else, not easily done during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Not a good place to do live unload. The night shift will have you up all night. It's unorganized system. You have to call many times to check and they will tell you another hour every time and continues all night.
Easy to contact a person to find out status of shipment and make adjustments to pick up at terminal which was effortless.
Nothing is wrong but only one thing they took minimum 4 hours to load your trailer and same time for delivery as well
