I'm not a customer however, I'd really appreciate if your drivers would SLOW DOWN through our neighborhood. Every single week, they speed well over the speed limit! What is the purpose? It is not worth hitting an animal or small child. Please be respectful of the streets you do business in.

All of my trash was in the trash can ready to go and the person running the trucks dumps half of of in my yard the kicks the trash then leaves. This company gets worst overtime more and more.
Good at picking up trash but TERRIBLE at customer service. My bill went from 66/ quarter to 99 with no heads up. When I called to ask about it they said they mailed out a letter... Well, I never received it until 4 days after my call postmarked the day I called. I called back and they blamed the initial \lost letter\ on the Post Office and said there is a lot of residents calling in that they didn't get it, I suggested they email out these letter's/price increases as well.. I told them I want to cancel my service and be pro-rated back the amount and they said they DO NOT DO THAT. Once it is processed, I'm locked in. They blame the increase on Waste Management for increasing the prices. GO DIRECTLY THROUGH WASTE MANAGEMENT. THEY TOLD ME (NEW CUSTOMER) IT WILL BE 20/ QUARTER FOR 96 GALLON TRASH AND RECYCLING... Absolutely terrible business model to not take care of the customer for their own errors.
Haven't locked in service yet. I'm all about supporting local businesses. I was a little taken back that the young man going door to door wasn't masked. I suggest the business has their door to door sales person mask and maintain social distance when out drumming up business. 01/12/2021 UPDATE: Opted to go with this company for my trash/recycle needs. Ted's Trash was my previous carrier for about six months at that. They raised their prices and the staff that answers the phone are rude with no sense of customer service. Quite the contrary for KC Disposal. Their staff is friendly and accessible. I'll check back after 90 days or so to report on how they do with actual pick up?
These guys are kind of sloppy. Every week i put my cans at the curb and every time they pick up the cans they put them back knocked over in the street, knocked over on my sidewalk or knocked over in the middle of my driveway so i cant pull my car in when i get home. Pretty annoying. Update 6/3/20. Still happening.
