The team at Effective Air is second to none! My experience with them has been nothing but perfect. The professional attention to detail, courteous and friendly staff made for a great experience. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. Effective Air consulted with us to create a whole-home solution for great air quality which consisted of Duct Sanitizing, installation of HEPA filtration system, UV germicidal light source.After seeing the impeccable work that was done, I contracted them to do Aeroseal treatment of ductwork which has made a huge difference in the overall delivery of air throughout the house. I will continue to work with Effective Air since I have finally found a company with great service, quality work at a fair price. As such I will always recommend Effective Air company to friends and colleagues.

We shopped for Bryant AC/Furnace and Water Heater. Brad at Effective Air gave us the best price and most definitely the best service anyone could want. Brad introduced us to each member of the three man team. The team was polite, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, neat and clean. Everything was installed and working in about 15-16 hours. They stayed late the first day to make sure our water heater was working before they left. Everything was put back in perfect order when done. They hauled away the old equipment, including an old water tank. They did little things like making the connecting lines straight and true in what used to be a tangled web of pipes etc. Our furnace room is now as neat as a pin. When finished they took us through each item and explained where shut off valves were, what maintenance would need to be done and how the new thermostat and humidifier works. I would hire them again in an instant. Thank you, Brad, and his team!!

Marco was fantastic. I called it roughly 1030 in the morning. I had a technician at my house at noon. It took him a little less than 60 minutes to go through and figure everything out and make sure it was working for a minimum of cost!
