They talked a great game. They cut holes in my floors without checking for vent placement which ruined my floors. They cut floor boards and did not support them leaving a trap, my wife fell through the floor injuring her leg and back. They did very sloppy work. The employees were overheard complaining about myself and the job by the neighbors. It took them 3 weeks to rough in the HVAC system. The changed equipment on me without my approval from that which was in the contract and deviated from the contract how the layout would be ran. I regret using this company. This was the first and will be the last time.

We woke up this morning with water from our hot water heater all over the floor. It had very obviously failed overnight. I called Gochnauer's at 7 AM. They were at my door within 30 minutes, assessed the situation and we had a new hot water heater installed that same day. They were quick, efficient, and treated our home with respect and care. We have used Gochnauer's for all our plumbing needs over the years and have always gotten great service. I always recommend them to anybody who asks me.

One of the best I've dealt with. What was a simple boiler cleaning I thought turned out be a little more intensive. The careful examination of my system would of cost me a lot more if they had not found the problem now. Very friendly and explain things in simple terms. Will definitely be using them again.
